happy pride y'all I don't think I'm demisexual anymore!!

yeah so uh funny story. work has been slow so far this summer and since I've regularly had decent swaths of time where no new tasks have come in and I've already completed the work I'd been given I decided a few days ago to start drawing one of my friend Levi's groups of ocs. and so I started drawing one of the characters, got an idea for a separate piece for her I'd draw outside of work, it was all fine and dandy. next day I come in to work, do my stuff, color in the drawing, and then I get a task in that's gonna take me a bit so I start working on that. and as I'm working my mind is wandering as it usually does, there's always something going on upstairs, but then it dawns on me that wait a minute. I'd just been fantasizing about stuff involving me and the character I just drew. and um. I Have Never Fantasized About Stuff Involving Myself Before

so yeahhhh I don't think I can call myself demi anymore, that label doesn't feel like it fits now. I was fully prepared to swap out the label anyway as I figured myself out more, but this wasn't the direction I was expecting to be changing in lol. I feel like I'm still somewhere acespec cuz like before bodies alone still don't turn me on at all, I can appreciate the beauty of them but sexually they do nothing for me, I need scenarios. but when I look at her Good Lord Does My Brain Get Cooking Scenarios. if y'all wanna meet the culprit I got a drawing of her I added to my art gallery, I've also added a couple other pieces featuring ocs belonging to my friends as well. god she's so pretty I want her

Happy start of Pride Month y'all!! I don't have any art for it yet unfortunately, work's been taking up most of my time so I haven't really been in a place where I'd be able to create something spicy without risking getting in trouble (it's called not safe for work for a reason lol). I have been working on getting myself back in the habit of drawing during my downtime moments at work though, I wanna try and actively participate in Art Fight on my sfw this year so I'm trying to draw at least a little bit every day so it's easier to keep up motivation for that. Because of this I should hopefully be able to make something over the weekend, I just need an idea and then I should be set. Also a little life update, my birthday's coming up in a couple weeks on the 17th! I don't currently have any plans for it, but I'm still excited for it, I'm gonna be hitting the big 20 soon.

god I'm almost twenty what the hell lol. that doesn't feel right I don't feel like I'm almost twenty. from what I've heard though this is pretty par for the course with adulthood so y'know what I'm just gonna roll with it, it's no big deal

anyway happy Pride again to my fellow queers, I know shit's rough out there right now but if we got each other's backs then we can get through this together! don't give up, they can't erase our existence!

(also ps if any of y'all happen to recognize my characters on Art Fight come July then keep it on the down low please, k? I got separate branding for my sfw and this account cuz I got a couple close friends on my sfw that aren't really comfy with nsfw stuff and I don't wanna make them uncomfortable with the knowledge that I'm doing this stuff with my ocs. they don't wanna know so I ain't telling them and I'd like it if y'all could help out with that too, thanks!)

Site update, if you look up at the top bar in your browser you'll notice that I've added favicons to the site now! I've also added an RSS feed over on the right so y'all can get updated directly when I add new stuff here, as well as linking to my Neocities profile if that's where you prefer to see updates. Things are still gonna be a bit slow for the time being cuz of my work, but I'm hoping I can at least get all the character info set up on their respective pages before the summer is over.

hey again y'all guess who's back! stuff's been busy lol, it was the end of college plus one of the organizations I volunteer with had a bunch going on too so I didn't really have time to work on the site. things have calmed down now though, college is done and I've officially graduated with my associate's! I got a job over the summer so I'm not gonna have copious amounts of free time to work on stuff, but I still got enough to chip away at things here!

been a bit since I last updated this place, college has been pretty busy toward the end of the semester lol. anyway I'm sharing this place on my socials now, so if you're coming here from there, then hello, welcome! Feel free to have a wander around and look at stuff, the character pages are still under construction but there's still some stuff to look at there rn. I'll be working on adding more stuff once I got spare time again after college wraps up!

we should start normalizing just saying "I love you" to each other. like not even in a romantic sense, just platonically. one of my friend groups has started doing it and it's been really nice being able to just freely express how much we care about each other, more people should do it, we need more love in this world

anyway that new episode was GOOD. I expected going in that there was going to be a major cliffhanger at the end of the episode, but I did not expect said cliffhanger to be Caine Fucking Dies

I wonder if Bubble's whole deal is that it's actually a remnant of Caine's partner AI (who I'm going to refer to as Abel because it fits), and the reason why Bubble acts so strangely is because Caine consumed most of Abel's code. I've also seen a theory that Bubble is instead a manifestation of Caine's inner monologue, a la a thought bubble. Either one feels fitting to me personally. I also saw someone else point out that Caine's design is a big pair of teeth because he ate Abel, and I feel like that's really cool design and foreshadowing if it was the intent. I'm excited to see what other things people pick out from the episode, and I'm also eagerly awaiting the finale episode, especially since it's premiering two days after my birthday so it's basically a birthday gift :)

The message submission is now up and running in the Extras tab! I'm still putting together the guestbook page so I don't have a link to that there yet, but rest assured if anyone leaves a guestbook message during this period it'll go in there immediately once I get it to the point I can add in the messages.

Another website update, I got the start of the Extras tab set up! I still need to get a means for people to submit comments and questions set up so there isn't much there currently, but if you wanna see my blinkies collection you can go check out the tab now. I also made a tweak to the gallery pages with images, if you click on an image now it'll open up in a new window in full view! Also, if you look over to the right, I'm now officially in the Women of the Internet webring!

Finished constructing the galleries tab! I don't have any writings posted here yet which is why the Writings gallery is still marked as "under construction", but there is a page there you can visit. As for the other galleries, I got all my pieces in there now! I've also got a gallery dedicated to any commissions I purchase too; though there's only one piece there currently, that's going to change once I have more cash on hand I can spend on fun stuff. Feel free to go check them out if you like!

Small update so far today, I got buttons on my about me page now! Thank you to Pixel Sea for helping me find them. I also added a couple buttons to the other cool people and resources section on the sidebar to the right, you should check them out when you get the chance!

pros and cons of rainy weather:

pros-

the rain is soothing and I like it and think it's pretty

the sound of driving through puddles is really satisfying

people generally don't like the rain so there's less people out

cons-

my car doesn't have great traction so it's more prone to hydroplaning :(
