Cayenne, as his codename implies, is a rather fiery Octoling. He's almost constantly very high-energy, being outwardly social toward basically anyone in his presence and always working on something for the organization, whether it be developing recipes or installing improvements for the Drowsy Grouper or developing plans, tracking down delinquents, or scouting out new business opportunities for their business behind closed doors. He's well known for being a rather temperamental individual, having a fuse shorter than a matchstick and just as much bite as his very loud bark, but nobody can deny that he gets results quickly and effectively. Still though, his short temper can end up landing him in hot water, and his vain nature doesn't exactly help with that.

Being one of the chiefs of [organization name]'s surface branch, he plays a large role in keeping business running smoothly both up front and behind the counter. He's an incredibly adept cook, so most of the Drowsy Grouper's menu was created by himself, and his natural charm and outgoing demeanor help give the front a good presentation to bring in business. His charm helps in scouting out new clientele for their under-the-table dealings as well, and his snap-at-the-drop-of-a-hat temper quickly intimidates delinquent clients to step back in line, lest he make an example out of them. He's also adept at constructing and executing plans on the fly, so in the event things turn sour he can quickly de-escalate the situation, or worst-case swiftly get his men out of there with as little injuries as possible.
